This is a very yummy recipe which is made with left over idlis. You can serve this as a tea time snack
for your kids or for Breakfast. Sure they will love it. This Idly Fry is my kids' favorite recipe and I usually make it for their evening snack. I used Curry Masala powder, it gives good taste and nice flavor. It is one my kitchen essentials or my secret ingredient, just use a very little or sprinkle them in all ur curry dishes, potato fry, cauliflower fry, maggi noodles, sandwich masala, etc. Definitely it will add special flavor and taste to your dish. Just give it a try and let me know. People who reside in Salem, can try using Selvam Brand Curry Masala which has unique fragrance and taste.. Now to the recipe...
