Next day, the elder one wanted Milkshake with strawberries and prepared this delicious drink for him. I also clicked few pictures before serving it. I hate to capture liquids/beverages, also I don't have small and cute serving glasses but still took few shots with the available one at home. Then last week bought few glasses specially for my future posts :)
Strawberry Milkshake RecipePrep Time : 5 minutes | Cook Time : NilRecipe Category : Drinks/BeveragesServes 2Ingredients
Method
- Ripe Strawberries 12 or 13(hulled and sliced)
- Vanilla Ice cream or Strawberry Ice cream 2 generous scoops
- Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
- Cold Milk 1 cup
- Sugar or Honey 2 tsp or to taste
Notes:
- Take the sliced strawberries, sugar, vanilla and 1/2 cup milk in a blender and blend to smooth puree.
- Then to it add ice cream and another 1/2 cup milk and blend until smooth.
- And pour it into a serving glasses and if desired top it with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish the glass rim with fresh strawberry and serve immediately.
You can also use frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones.
Adjust milk to the desired consistency, the above one will give you a slightly thick but drinking consistency.
So So creamy and tempting shake
