  • Now divide the dough in to two halves and take one half on a lightly floured surface, roll it to a 1/4" thick circle and cut to desired shape using cookie cutter or simply using a rim of the bottle cap.Prick the cut out dough with a fork.

  25. Lovely recipe, I tried and loved every bit of it. However, I would like to call out that this is not really ajwain biscuit, it's jeera biscuit. Ajwain is ova or celery seed. Nevertheless, we all enjoyed the jeera-til crackers =)

  28. Hi...I loved ur recipe and eagerly waiting to try it out...I have one doubt, can i use only wheat flour instead of the combination of wheat and maida. I also loved ur idea of adding flax seeds and parsely...very healthy and super idea...thank you and all the best with new ideas:-)

  29. Dear Sangeetha, I just went thru another site (holistic nutrition) where they say baking with ground flax seeds is wasteful since the omega 3 fatty acid is quite unstable to heat, air, and light - it causes to produce free radicals which is harmful to our bodies. So, don't you think it is better to quit flax seed during baking. Just wanted to share this information. Thank you and all the best with new ideas
