Today's recipe is simple and tasty Spring Onion Chutney. First time I tried this chutney and turned out so yummy and makes a best combo with Idli & Dosa as well. Before going to the recipe I would like to add some more words about my previous post "Essence Dosa/Essence Roast". This is very special and popular dosa recipe in Salem(my hometown) that too in Ammapet area. This is available in all Hotels in that area in both veg n non veg . The original essence will be little dark brown in color. Adding less tomato, more cilantro and green chilli (instead red chilli n chilli powder) will give that real color. Do try this yummy dosa and enjoy with your family. Now to Spring onion Chutney recipe..
