I am so happy to share my 500th post today and also i have one more reason for this special treat, my lil' space now got more than 10000 comments...that's really a big "wow" to me since those lovely comments, encouraging words are my strong strength and without that i couldn't able to reach this level. I thank from my bottom of heart to each and every one who visit and comment here for my lovely creations. I hope U will continue this and support in all my future creations also.
So far all my centuries posts were celebrated with Indian dessert/Sweet but this time i would like to share a continental dessert and i have chose our family favorite chocolate cake, Devil's Food Cake. I am a strong addict to chocolates, chocolates n anything with chocolates. During my school & college days i have eaten dozens n dozens of chocolates, ice creams, sweets and i love it more :)
For all my birthdays n special occasions i prefer chocolate cake, even now my kids too love chocolate cake so what ever be the theme our choice of cake will be Chocolate, chocolate & Chocolate!!
Now coming to the recipe Devil's Food Cake, this is so soft, light, delicious, flavorful and irresistible chocolate cake with no butter. As this recipe calls for only one egg i don't want to experiment with egg substitute. I followed the recipe as such and my cake turned out so good!!! I frosted the cake with chocolate whipping cream frosting, i added sugar and cocoa to my taste and made the cream with light sweetness. Now off to the recipe,

Ingredients
Notes:
This cake tastes delicious even without frosting, if u like sprinkle with some icing sugar, slice n njoy!
Cool the cake completely before frosting.
whipping cream must be chilled and also keep the bowl n the whisk(which used to make frosting in refrigerator before starting the frosting process.
And also u can used any desired frosting.
