Mango Banana Strawberry Smoothie / Breakfast Smoothie

Today's recipe is also a summer special drink with the season's fruit Mango. To make this even more nutritious and delicious i tried adding banana and strawberry. The combo turned out really good and we loved this yummy smoothie. This is very filling and perfect for breakfast n good thirst quencher too. As its contain banana and mangoes this is not a low calorie drink but loaded with vitamins & minerals. I usually do not add sugar/honey to my drinks and this smoothie also doesnt require any artifical sweetner, sweet from the fresh fruits itself enough but if u wish/want u can add it very well. Now to the simple & delicious Mango Banana Strawberry smoothie...
Ingredients
  1. Mango pulp           1and 1/2cup (from two big ripe mangoes)
  2. Banana                  1no.(large)
  3. Strawberry            5no.s
  4. Milk                   1cup(i used low fat milk)
  5. Water              1/4cup
  6. Sugar/honey       to taste

Method
  • Wash, cut and Scoop out pulp from mangoes, peel n roughly chop banana , chop strawberries.
  • Put everything in a blender with 1/4 cup water n blend it to a smooth puree.
  • Now add milk and run for few seconds.
  • Thats it...delicious Mango Banana Strawberry smoothie ready. Pour into serving glasses n enjoy!

Notes:
I used cold milk so i did not add ice cubes to my smoothie, if u want u can lastly add some crushed ice n serve immediately.
As i added only 5 strawberries the yellow color from the well ripe mangoes dominated :)
U can also add 1/4cup of plain or Vanilla yogurt to the same recipe.
If u don't have fresh mangoes u can also use frozen mango chunks.
