As we love tutti frutti a lot, this muffins are a treat for us. And also the addition of tutti frutti makes it more colorful, attractive and delicious. My kids loved this muffins a lot and half of them vanished in no time.

Ingredients
Method
- All Purpose Flour 200 gm + 1 tsp(to coat tutti frutti)
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Milk Powder 2 tbsp
- Tutti Frutti 1/2 cup
- Nuts 1/4 cup
- Butter 120 gm
- Sugar 200 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Water 50 ml
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Notes:
- Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C.
- Arrange muffin tray with cupcake liner or grease with baking spray.
- First in a small bowl, mix 1 tsp flour and tutti frutti and keep aside.
- Shift flour, baking powder and keep aside.
- Then in another small bowl, mix vinegar, water and keep ready.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy for 4-5 minutes.
- Then add in flour, baking powder, salt and beat well.
- After that add in vanilla, vinegar-water mix, milk powder and beat for another 4 minutes.
- Lastly stir in tutti frutti and buts and mix gently.
- Now fill the muffin tray with cake batter and top it with some nuts/tutti frutti and bake for 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Once done, allow to cool completely in a wire rack and serve.
For me the batter was little thick, so i added little milk to adjust the consistency.
I used Mawa powder instead of milk powder.
In the original recipe, it was mentioned as 30 minutes bake time, but mine was done in 20 minutes, so keep an eye.
Each oven may vary and start checking after 20 minutes.
