Today, I am sharing the easiest Potato Wedges Recipe, I love to add some spices to my wedges but you can skip modify the spices to your tastebuds. I personally prefer Russet Potatoes for baking but you can try it with any varieties.

- Potato 4 no.
- Olive Oil 1.5 tbsp or less
- Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Pepper to taste
- Chilli or Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Salt to taste
Pre Heat Oven to 400 F.
Wash potato thoroughly and scrub any dirt using veggies scrubber and if necessarly peel the skin.
And cut into medium thick wedges and again wash the cut wedges in cold running water.
Drain the excess water using colander and arrange the washed wedges in clean kitchen towel and pat dry them.
Now take the wedges in a mixing bowl, add oil, salt and other spices.
Toss well so that the spices and oil get mixed up well with wedges.
And then take a baking sheet lined with parchment or heavy duty aluminum foil and arrange the wedges.
Bake it 400 F for 35-40 minutes or until it is crisp and tender.
Once done, serve the wedges hot with tomato ketchup or sweet chilli sauce or any desired dipping sauce.
Notes:
Oven temperature and settings may vary so start checking after 30 minutes.
For a crispier wedges, after baking leave the tray inside oven in "Warm Mode" for another 5-7 minutes. I took final pictures after warm mode, that's why the step wise picture and final picture has difference. Also I sprinkle some more paprika after baking.
You can use any desired spices, you can also use crushed garlic or even ginger garlic paste for an Indian Style Potato Wedges.
You can also add 1/4-1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese along with other ingredients and bake.
