I just added one extra ingredient from that video, Corn Starch for crispiness and binding. The flavor was so good and my kids loved it, all the guilt free hash browns vanished in no time. These are perfect for breakfast too along with a fruit and milk. If you are ok with egg in the recipe, then you must try this :) You can also make it spicy by adding cayenne pepper or chilli powder and some dried herbs for extra flavor. But with salt and pepper alone tastes yumm :)

That's It..Cauliflower Hash Browns are ready. Serve Hot With Ketchup or Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Notes:
If you don't have corn starch you can use corn flour too.
Use freshly ground pepper for nice flavor and taste.
Cauliflower Hash Browns tends to become soft upon cooling so serve immediately.
You can also add grated or minced onion.
A good change from potato hashbrowns. Interesting recipe Sangee.
