In my home town, vazhakkai bhaji is popular and you can find in most of the road side shops & Tea Shops during evening time. They serve Vazhakkai Bhaji with a Onion Masala and coconut chutney. I wanted to share this recipe along with onion masala but because of lighting problem I skipped it. May be I will share it later.
Vazhakkai bhaji should be crispy and puffy, it is different from my regular Potato bhaji & Milagi Bhaji measurement. I also added Chilli Garlic Chutney, that I posted a while back to the bhaji batter
and it turned out so flavorful spicy and tasty. You can also simply replace chilli paste with chilli powder and use garlic paste or garlic powder.
