Chole Tikki Chaat is a healthy, filling and delicious chaat prepared with Aloo tikki and Chole/Channa Masala combo and served with green chutney and tamarind sweet chutney. Tikki chaat can be served with different ways, just like plain Aloo Tikki Chaat or with Ragda/Peas Masala as Ragda Patties or with Chole as Chole Tikki Chaat. My family love all kinds of chaat and I often make it for our evening snack or dinner. This Chole Tikki Chaat is kind of a meal for us. As the plate is loaded with chickpeas curry, potato patties & chutneys and sev makes it more filling and a perfect satisfying meal.
Here, I used left over Channa Masala/ Chole, an easy and pressure cooker version. Also I skipped yogurt or curd and made it as Vegan, if you want you can couple of spoons of beaten curd to the chaat while servingThis chole tikki chaat is also an interesting way to use the left over channa masala. If you have any left over chole or channa masala then it only takes 20-30 minutes to serve this delicious and refreshing chole tikki chaat.

How to Make Aloo Tikkis :
- I used left over channa masala but in case if you are preparing it freshly, first prepare chole then start making tikkis.
Wash potato cut into 2 halves and pressure cook for 2 whistles and allow the pressure to cool down completely.
After that open the lid, peel skin and mash it using vegetable masher.
Take the mashed potato in a bowl, add all the ingredients except oil and mix well to a smooth stiff dough.
Then divide the potato mixture into 12 equal portions and then take one portion roll it to a smooth round ball like how we shape ladoos.
Now flatten the round ball in between your palms to a patty. If required grease your hands with oil.
Do repeat the same for remaining potato mixture.
How to Serve Chole Tikki Chaat :
To the serving plate, first add a ladle full of chole then top it with 2 or 3 tikkis. And then add couple of spoons of green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, some finely chopped onion and tomato, cilantro and lastly sprinkle some generous amount of fine sev or mixture/Farsan.
