Rose Milk RecipePrep Time : 5 Minutes | Cook Time : NilCategory : Cold Beverages | Serves 2Ingredients
- Cold Milk - 2-2.5 cups(whole Milk/full fat milk)
- Rose Syrup 3 Tbsp
- Sugar or Honey 1-2 Tbsp(I skipped)
- Ice Cubes as needed
- Fresh Mini Rose Petals for garnishing(optional)
Method
- If using basil seeds, Soak 1 tsp basil seeds in 1/4 cup of water for minimum 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
- In a large pitcher add milk and rose syrup stir well until the syrup dissolves completely and combine well with milk.
- Taste it and adjust according to your preference by adding more milk or syrup, if needed add honey or sugar syrup or sugar.
- The prepared rose milk can be stored in the refrigerator and served later when needed.
- To serve, in a serving glass, add some ice cubes, pour prepared rose milk and add couple of tsp of soaked basil seeds, garnish with fresh rose petals and enjoy the drink right away.
