Smoothies are perfect meal to start your day, also very easy to make recipe and above all no cooking required. Just blend in your favorite fruits combo along with some nuts and seeds with dairy or non dairy Milk or yogurt. Instead of Smoothies I prefer Smoothie Bowl, its nothing but a thick smoothie in a bowl with some fruits & nuts toppings. Breakfast Smoothie Bowl is one of the delicious breakfast that keeps you full for long time. Also, an easy way to include the daily requirement of Chia seeds & Flaxseeds. Both the seeds are rich in fiber, protein, helps in weight loss, controls Insulin & also helps to balance body's fat metabolism. Flaxseeds one of the natural vegetarian source rich in Omega 3 Fatty acids. So I prefer to include these seeds in my first meal of the day that too in an easy, simple and delicious way by adding them in Breakfast Smoothies. Both the seeds when blending with fruits gives nice creamy and nutty taste to the smoothie. I rarely use Maple Syrup or Honey in my smoothies just the sweetness from the fruits itself is more than enough for me. In recipes, I do since some people prefer their smoothies to be on bit sweeter side. Addition of Greek Yogurt & Almond milk gives richness, taste and also full fill the protein requirement. Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
Strawberry 5 no. chopped
Banana 1 Medium size
Quick Oats 1/4 cup
Chia seeds 1.5 Tbsp
Medjool Dates 1
Cashew Nuts 4 no.
Greek Yogurt 1/3 Cup
Unsweetened Almond Milk 3/4 cup
Maple Syrup 1/2 - 1 Tbsp
Notes:
You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. Instead of Banana you can also use any other desired fruit.
For Vegan option, non dairy plant or nut base yogurt.
You can use raw oats in the smoothie, it blends well and tastes good and doesn't give any bitter taste.
You can also add 1-2 Tbsp any nuts butter but even without that the smoothie will be thick creamy because of the addition of chia seeds, ground flax seeds & cashew nuts.
Method
Take all the ingredients in a blender jar, blend everything for 30-45 seconds to a smooth puree.
Transfer to a bowl, add desired toppings & enjoy your meal.
